I thrive on helping women from all over the world improve their nutrition through strategic eating (not dieting!) and real food therapy (without all the expensive synthetic supplements). Seeing my clients enjoy improved digestion, higher energy levels, and get healthy is what gets me up in the mornings.
How did I get here?
It wasn’t until years later, after exhausting trial and error, misery (cue sad violins), research, nutrition schooling, and self-experimentation, that I had an epiphany. My body had been starving for me to understand it while I suffocated it with things it didn’t want. Getting to the root cause and understanding my body made all the difference.
My mission is to spare others from making those same mistakes. In the last 15 years, I’ve studied and researched different food philosophies and completed coursework through the Nutritional Therapy Association as well as training in microbiome analysis, fatty acid assessment, hair tissue mineral analysis and genomic nutrition. I’ve learned what works, and what doesn’t for creating long-term health (wealth).
These days, you’ll find me investigating the root causes of nutritional imbalances and sharing all the secrets I learn along the way on the blog that has reached over 16 million people since 2011. Helping others understand their body and feed it what it needs to feel good gives me purpose. If I can be the catalyst in your life that deduces what you need to eat to feel better, while the world sends mixed messages about diet and nutrition, I’ll consider my job done.
