Things I'm LOVING Lately

Things I'm LOVING Lately | Butter Nutrition

In March, I stumbled across a bunch of new things that I absolutely love. So much so, I want to share them with you! So here is my list of things I'm loving lately:

♥ This sheep's milk yogurt is so delicious and makes a nutrient dense blood sugar balanced snack. It's a whole milk yogurt with real ingredients. The vanilla and plain flavor are my favorite because they don't contain pectin (which can be hard for some to digest). I usually add a tablespoon of collagen hydrolysate for extra protein, pure vanilla extract, fresh berries, and some simple syrup if it needs it. You can probably find it at your local natural market.

diffuser

♥ My new essential oil diffuser that came in my premium starter kit. I just can't get enough of the calming aromas it's been filling my house with every. day. The best part of this diffuser is that I was able to buy it at wholesale, not the retail price of $98! You can learn more about how to get one too in a premium starter kit. One of my favorite oil combinations to diffuse is definitely 3:1 ratio of grapefruit and peppermint!

♥ I absolutely loathe clothes shopping, and a friend of mine turned me on to the "easy button" so-to-speak. It's so fun getting clothes that fit my body and my style without having to lift a finger! You can read more about this here.

♥ Valor essential oil- it smells so good! It's known for its emotional effects of easing anxiety, and negative energy while supporting courage and strength. Valor is an essential oil blend of spruce, rosewood, blue tansy and frankincense in a coconut oil base. I use in my diffuser and a few drops on my wrist as perfume. And great news! Valor is included in the premium starter kit!

♥ These potato chips. Usually potato chips come with LOADS of polyunsaturated fat from vegetable oils, but not these! They are fried in coconut oil, and make snacking on chips delicious AND healthy.

♥ Cleaner nail polishes in perfect spring colors. These polishes are a bit less toxic than the ones you find at your local drugstore to help keep toxins in your beauty routine to a minimum! A great way to transition into spring. 🙂

That's what I'm LOVING lately, what do you love?
