    Holiday Gift Suggestions

By Catherine on December 5, 2021 Last Updated April 19, 2022 Leave a Comment | No Medical Advice | This Post Contains Affiliate Links

The holiday season is officially here — are you ready?

I always struggle with holiday shopping because I'm a total minimalist and I like to give gifts that are healthy, practical or that will get used...

Not just the newest or trendiest gadget that will collect dust for the next 365 days... and then end up in the trash.

My gift suggestions are those that with either a) get used daily, or b) encourage a healthier lifestyle or home environment, and preferably both!

Plus, I want to support the joy that comes from sweat pant culture 🙂

    1) Cozy Sleepwear ($132)

I don't know about you, but my sleepwear got a TON of extra use this year. I don't think anyone would oppose to this sleepwear set from Eberjey. Find it here.

    2) Bambino Plus Espresso Machine ($399)

Want a simple, counter-space friendly way to make your morning espresso at home? You'll love having the Bambino Plus as a part of your morning routine.

It's perfect if you're the only coffee drinker in your house and don't need a larger machine. Find it here.

If you want something more legit, I also love the Barista Express. It's a larger machine and has a built-in grinder for your more complex coffee needs.

    3) How to Build a BulletProof Gut ($333)

Know someone who needs some gut love in 2022?

Then they'll love my brand new masterclass where I'm pulling back the curtain and showing the exact gut health process I go through with my personal clients!

    It's epic. 🤩 🤩

    4) Silent Down Patagonia Jacket ($249)

Is the person you're shopping for a jacket person - because I sure am — I live in my jackets!

I'm totally guilty of having this jacket in two colors because I like it so much and it's the perfect weight for Seattle weather. Find it here.

    5) Linen Duvet ($159)

Raise your hand if you spent more time in bed this year than normal?

So who wouldn't enjoy a linen duvet cover for the holidays? I love the look + weight of linen. Find my affordable favs here.

    6) The Perfect Sweater ($150 and $195)

Warm and slightly oversized sweaters make the perfect winter staple.

The Lofty-Knit Henley and the Oversized Stroopwafel Turtleneck in ReCashmere from Everlane the perfect winter gift.

    7) Personal Style Easy Button ($25 & up)

Stitch Fix is a California-based company that is making it possible for every woman to have her own personal stylist by mail at a very reasonable price! Each month Stitch Fix sends you five items that match your "style profile" and any personal requests you might have. Then just keep what you want and mail back what you don't. It's THAT easy and the perfect way to get some more stylish items into your wardrobe.

I personally am addicted to this service because I HATE shopping at the mall, and I really like the idea of someone else keeping an eye out for things I might LOVE! Learn more about how it works or sign up here. You can also snag gift cards for your friends and family; it makes for a very thoughtful gift!

    8) Cozy Slippers ($100)

Looking for the perfect gift for a homebody you know? Look no further than these cozy UGG slippers! And it's totally okay if you need a pair for yourself too 😉

    Find them here.

    9) Cozy Cave Bed ($varies)

Your dog needs this but just does't know it yet. Trust me, Milo is on his second cozy cave and can't live without it!

    Find it here.

    10) Wooden Bow & Arrow Set ($24.90)

Looking for something for the toddler in your life? I love this wooden bow and arrow set. I bought a few different ones for my nephews this year.

    Find it here.

I hope you found my very targeted gift giving ideas helpful. Cheers to shopping early and remotely 🙂
